Cytomedix to Host Third Quarter 2012 Financial Results Conference Call on Thursday, November 15, 2012

(OTCQX: CMXI) (the "Company"), a leading developer of biologically active regenerative therapies, announced today that the Company will release financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2012, after the close of the market on Wednesday, November 14, 2012.
Martin Rosendale, Chief Executive Officer, and Andrew Maslan, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call beginning at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, November 15, 2012, to discuss the third quarter 2012 financial results and to answer questions.
