Dahlman Rose & Co. Announced Change In Management

Robert C. Meier Appointed Chief Executive Officer

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dahlman Rose & Company, LLC, a leading investment bank specializing in the global natural resources supply chain, announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Robert C. Meier , the firm's current Head of Sales & Trading, as Chief Executive Officer. Kim S. Fennebresque , the firm's Chairman and Chief Executive Office, has elected to retire.

Mr. Meier joined Dahlman Rose in December of 2011 as the firm's Head of Sales & Trading. He has over 12 years of experience in equities management, having most recently served as the Head of Equities at Gleacher & Company. Prior to Gleacher, Mr. Meier was Co-Head of Equities and Head of Sales for Cowen & Company and Head of Research Sales for Soundview Technology group before the company's sale to Charles Schwab in 2004. Mr. Meier received a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and completed his undergraduate degree in Economics at Franklin & Marshall College.
