Dallas' Gruber Hurst Johansen Hail Shank Names Three New Partners
DALLAS, Dec. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Dallas litigation firm of Gruber Hurst Johansen Hail Shank LLP has named former associates Jonathan R. Childers, Trey H. Crawford and Michael J. Lang as partners.

Mr. Childers maintains an active business trial and litigation practice, regularly representing clients from the financial services, energy, commercial real estate and health care industries in state and federal courts. He currently serves as vice-president of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, a member of the Southern Methodist University Alumni Board, and on the Board of Management of the T. Boone Pickens YMCA. Mr. Childers earned his law degree from SMU's Dedman School of Law in 2005, and earned his undergraduate degree, with honors, from SMU in 2002.
Mr. Crawford has extensive litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in handling a variety of aviation, energy, real estate, construction, banking and securities matters. These complex business lawsuits have involved breach of contract, securities fraud, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud claims. Mr. Crawford received his law degree with honors from SMU's Dedman School of Law in 2007, and earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University, with honors, in 2002.
Mr. Lang represents plaintiffs and defendants from the banking, manufacturing, energy, real estate and technology industries in state and federal courts. Mr. Lang has litigated and arbitrated complex business disputes involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, and patent infringement, among other areas. Mr. Lang earned his law degree from SMU's Dedman School of Law in 2002 after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas in 1999.
