Dallas Intellectual Property Law Firm Adds Partner, Changes Name

DALLAS, Nov. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Dallas-based Kennedy, Clark & Williams, PC, a boutique law firm focused on intellectual property and corporate litigation, has added Keith McDole as Partner. With McDole's arrival, the firm has changed its name to McDole, Kennedy & Williams, PC (MKW).

McDole leaves mega-firm Jones Day to join MKW. His experience also includes Chicago law firm Kirkland & Ellis, where he was Partner, and Occidental Chemical Corporation, where he served as Vice President and General Counsel.
