ASPEN, Colo., July 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Following a highly successful sell-out of the first phase of the acclaimed private residence club in Aspen, Colo., Dancing Bear Aspen – A Timbers Residence Club, is launching its second and final phase with the commencement of construction of its Mountainside building. In May 2012, Timbers Resorts was appointed to launch the initial sales and marketing for the residences' first building, acquired by Sunrise Company in February 2012. Final construction of Dancing Bear Aspen's Mountainside building will start late-summer 2014, symbolizing a reinvigoration of the town's resort community, with the building becoming the first resort development project in Aspen to undergo any construction since the great recession's impact in 2008. The second building features an additional 10 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom 1,800 sq. ft. units sold in 1/8^th fractional interests starting from $785,000.
