CONWAY, S.C., July 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Daniel J. "Dan" Mitchell, a libertarian economist and senior fellow at the Cato Institute, will speak at Coastal Carolina University's Economic Summit scheduled for September 29 at Pine Lakes Country Club in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Mr. Mitchell, who joined the Cato Institute as a Senior Fellow in 2007, is involved in tax policy, and deals with issues such as the flat tax and international tax competition. In addition to his Cato Institute responsibilities, he co-founded the Center for Freedom and Prosperity, an organization formed to protect international tax competition.
