David Lynch Foundation Presents Super Mind: A Conversation with Psychiatrist Norman E. Rosenthal, MD and Bob Roth, Executive Director

WASHINGTON, May 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The David Lynch Foundation is hosting "The Super Mind Conversation," featuring bestselling author and psychiatrist Norman E. Rosenthal, MD, at free public events in New York City, Washington, DC, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago and Iowa—May 17, 19, 21, 25, 26, 27, respectively (see below) ) to promote his latest book, Super Mind: How to Boost Performance and Live a Richer and Happier Life through Transcendental Meditation (TarcherPerigee hard cover on sale, May 17). He shares the stage with iconic political reporter Candy Crowley in Washington, DC on May 19, and celebrated filmmaker David Lynch in Los Angeles on May 25.

Dr. Rosenthal is the Georgetown University Medical School psychiatrist and NIH researcher who first diagnosed Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and prescribed the light therapy to treat it. His new book Super Mind opens the door to peak performance through Transcendental Meditation.
