LAS VEGAS and NEW YORK, March 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The Burke Group, the holding company for Chef David Burke's restaurants, announced today the end of DBGlobal's joint venture with E-Brands, the majority owner of "David Burke" Las Vegas.  As such, Chef David Burke will no longer be on location at "David Burke" Las Vegas, nor will he be providing the restaurant any further services.  A name and concept change to the restaurant is expected very soon.

Despite the decision, The Burke Group and Chef David Burke are very enthusiastic about, and committed to, continuing to serve the Las Vegas market.  The "Burke in the Box" restaurant at the Las Vegas airport continues to thrive and The Burke Group is evaluating other opportunities to enhance the Chef David Burke brand in and around Las Vegas.
