Kathy McCarthy joins DCT as Manager, PMO. In this key role Ms. McCarthy will be responsible for a team of project managers, project coordinators, and trainers whose function is to oversee the entire provisioning and implementation process for DCT's Internet, WAN and Unified Communications solutions. She will provide leadership on project management practices, methodology and tools spanning multiple business units and work closely with senior management to integrate process improvement into on-going planning and operations.
Ms. McCarthy has 28 years of professional experience, including a strong background in deploying technical solutions in multi-site environments. Her leadership, commitment to operational excellence and client-centric focus will be instrumental in ensuring seamless, successful implementations for all DCT customers. Ms. McCarthy served most recently as Senior Manager Client Accounts for a leading provider of commercial fleet management solutions.
Angel Crisp joins DCT as Project Coordinator. As Project Coordinator Ms. Crisp will facilitate the installation of customized DCT cloud, data and VoIP solutions. Working closely with external and internal resources, she will be responsible for systematically executing all stages of the implementation process including order entry, testing, activation and post-installation support. Ms. Crisp joins DCT with over 21 years of customer care and project management experience, most recently as a project manager for a civil engineering and site planning firm. Her attention to detail and results-oriented approach will enable her to collaborate effectively with both customers and vendors to ensure an exceptional implementation experience.
Lindsey Roberson and Melissa Osbourne join DCT as Customer Service Specialists. As members of DCT's highly regarded customer support team, they are our customer's first line of contact for service, billing and technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Both Ms. Roberson and Ms. Osbourne have extensive customer service and proactive account management experience. Their expertise will enable them to collaborate effectively with both internal and external resources to resolve client inquiries quickly and thoroughly, and facilitate DCT's mission of providing our customers top tier local support.
