DDB Warsaw Named Best Polish Advertising Agency in Client Satisfaction Survey

WARSAW, Poland, Dec. 17, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- DDB Warsaw was named The Best Advertising Agency in Poland by Press magazine earlier this month. The recognition is based on the results of a client satisfaction survey conducted in July and October this year by TNS OBOP and published in the December issue of the monthly Press.

The pollsters of TNS OBOP focused on assessment of collaboration over the months preceding the survey. Nine hundred and twenty-four interviews were held with 513 respondents (many clients assessed collaboration with several entities). TNS OBOP selected the 4,500 advertisers with the largest advertising budgets, according to Kantar Media (formerly Expert Monitor). Opinions were provided by persons working for a specific brand within the company and collaborating daily with advertising agencies. The qualification criterion to the research (minimum five questionnaires) was satisfied by 39 companies: 15 advertising agencies, 19 media houses, and five interactive agencies. Assessment in the research and position in the ranking depended solely on advertisers.
