DDR Declares Common Share Dividend of $0.135 for Third Quarter 2013
BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Sept. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- DDR Corp. (NYSE: DDR) declared its third quarter 2013 common stock dividend of $0.135 per share, which represents an increase of 12.5% from the third quarter of 2012. The common stock dividend is payable on October 8, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 23, 2013.
"We are pleased with the strong and consistent operating results we are experiencing across our portfolio as well as the continued positive trends in power center fundamentals. Our low payout ratio, combined with our sound balance sheet, allows us to retain capital to reinvest into our portfolio and provides an opportunity to increase the dividend in the future," said David J. Oakes, president and chief financial officer of DDR.
