DDR Increases Common Stock Dividend by 10% for First Quarter 2016

BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Jan. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DDR Corp. (NYSE: DDR) declared its first quarter 2016 common stock dividend of $0.19 per share, which represents an increase of 10% from the first quarter of 2015. The common stock dividend is payable on April 5, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2016. Based on the December 31, 2015 closing price, the new dividend represents a yield of 4.5% on an annualized basis.
