Deadline Extension: Nominate Game-Changing Projects and Individuals for the Manufacturing Leadership 100 Awards
Recognizing the world's finest best practices in manufacturing and supply chain management
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Nov. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- New technologies, global economic uncertainties, industry convergence, and breakthrough best practices are transforming the manufacturing ecosystem at an accelerating rate, forcing manufacturers to continuously rethink how they can maximize the value they deliver to their customers. To recognize the individuals and organizations contributing to these evolutions, manufacturers and their technology partners have additional time to compose and refine their Manufacturing Leadership 100 (ML100) Award nominations. The Manufacturing Leadership Council has announced a deadline extension for nomination submissions to Dec. 20, 2012.
ML100 Award recipients are manufacturers that have harnessed these dramatic market changes to achieve growth and sustained competitive advantage. Frost & Sullivan encourages industry players to describe breakthrough projects and outstanding individual achievements in their nominations, which will then be reviewed and scored by a panel of expert judges. Recipients are recognized for their best practice achievements in operational excellence, innovation, game-changing technologies, sustainability, as well as other categories.

"We are expecting a record number of ML100 Award submissions, so we want to give manufacturers ample time to prepare their nominations for what should be a very competitive program this year," said Manufacturing Leadership Council Global Vice President and Editorial Director David R. Brousell.
The ninth annual ML100 Awards honor companies and individuals that are shaping the future of global manufacturing. Recipients receive global recognition as world-class manufacturers, and are also honored at a gala dinner and reception during the Manufacturing Leadership Summit on May 14-15, 2013 at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Fla.
Past ML100 honorees include 3M, Boeing, Coca-Cola, Eaton, Ford, General Electric, General Motors, IBM, L'Oreal USA, Motorola, Nalco, and Raytheon.
