Deloitte Ranked No. 1 on DiversityInc's Top 10 List for Global Diversity

NEW YORK, May 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Recognized for being at the forefront of initiatives to advance women and other underrepresented groups in a variety of countries in Europe, Asia, the Mideast and Africa, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (Deloitte Global) and its member firm network secured the top spot on DiversityInc's Top 10 List for Global Diversity. The organization also maintained its 11^th place position on the publication's Top 50 Companies for Diversity® ranking.

Now in its 14th year, The DiversityInc Top 50 rankings are determined by an objective methodology that calculates factors such as Talent Pipeline, Equitable Talent Development (including commitments to mentorship and philanthropy), CEO/Leadership Commitment, and Supplier Diversity. The empirical data for the rankings is provided by a 300-question survey filled out by personnel at the participating companies. Survey participation is free to any company with at least 1,000 U.S. workers.
