As a low-oil fryer, MultiFry uses little or no additional oil, making favorite recipes healthier.  For 2.2 lbs of potatoes, you just need to add 1 tbsp of oil; and for frozen potatoes, no additional oil is needed at all.  MultiFry's patented Surround Cooking System insures fast and even convection cooking through the use of two heating elements plus a fan that surrounds the food.  The result is food that is crispy on the outside and tasty and juicy on the inside.
