Denali Water Solutions, LLC Acquires NuTerra Southeast Florida Organics, LLC from BCR Environmental

NEW YORK, July 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Firmament Group ("Firmament"), a leading provider of tailored debt and equity capital solutions to small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), announced today that Denali Water Solutions, LLC ("Denali"), a Firmament portfolio company since 2014, acquired NuTerra Southeast Florida Organics, LLC ("NuTerra") from BCR Environmental ("BCR").

Headquartered in Fellsmere, FL, NuTerra is a newly constructed modern composting facility with the capacity to handle 75,000 wet tons of biosolids annually. BCR, a Jacksonville, FL-based provider of biosolid and organic waste services, completed the construction of the NuTerra facility in 2017.

Denali's composting operations are performed through its wholly-owned subsidiary, WeCare Denali LLC. The acquisition of NuTerra – coupled with Denali's existing operations in the Northeast, Midwest and West Coast – expands Denali's services to customers across the United States. NuTerra is strategically located between Orlando and Miami near Highway I-95, which allows for easy access to all major population centers throughout Florida's eastern corridor.
