Destiny Media Technologies Obtains Permanent Global Injunction to Protect Clipstream® Trademark
VANCOUVER, Jan. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. (TSXV: DSY) (OTCQX: DSNY) is pleased to announce that it has settled the trademark infringement lawsuit against Envirosight announced January 19, 2011. Envirosight had been using the Clipstream® trademark without authorization.
Stipulations for the dismissal of the claim include a warranty from Envirosight that it would cease use of the brand in all of its products and services. The court stipulated a permanent global injunction whereby Envirosight is enjoined from using or opposing the Clipstream® mark.
