DHS Chief Technology Officer, Massachusetts National Guard Adjunct General and U.S. Customs and Border Protection Official Headline Speakers at IEEE Homeland Security Conference

WASHINGTON, Aug. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Daniel M. Cotter , chief technology officer of the Department of Homeland Security, will be a featured speaker at the 2011 IEEE International Conference on Technologies for Homeland Security (HST 11) in November.
