Diamond Fields Signs Exploration Agreement with Republic of Sudan

VANCOUVER, March 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Diamond Fields International Ltd. (TSX: DFI) ("DFI" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (the "MOU") with the Republic of the Sudan to conduct economic assessments on specific metal and mineral deposits located in the country.

A joint committee is to be formed to coordinate and monitor progress under the agreement.
