LOS ANGELES, July 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- dick clark productions (dcp) and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) today announced that they have resolved the litigation between dick clark productions, Red Zone Capital, and the HFPA involving the production of the annual Golden Globes Awards show.
"We regret that the relationship between dick clark productions and the HFPA deteriorated to the point that litigation ensued, but our focus now is on the future," said Peter Guber, chairman and Allen Shapiro, CEO of dcp.
