Digital Marketing Star Umang Shah Joins FlockU
Award-winning veteran of Campbell's and Walmart named CMO of college-focused marketing platform
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Nov. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- FlockU announced today that veteran consumer-marketing executive Umang Shah has joined the team as Chief Marketing Officer. Shah will play an active role in advancing FlockU's vision to be the premier destination for marketers targeting the college demographic.

Immediately prior to joining FlockU, Shah was Director of Digital Marketing & Marketing Innovation for Campbell Soup Company. He led Campbell's digital marketing strategy, overseeing digital and social media activities and policies, as well as mobile, web, CRM and emerging media activation among paid, owned, and earned media channels. Previously, he was Director of Social Media Strategy for Walmart, using social media platforms to protect, manage, and improve the company's reputation. He was named to "The Adweek 50" in 2015, as well as MediaPost's "2015 Online All Stars." He also won the Brand Innovators "40 Under 40" award.
