Digital Realty Acquires Operating Data Center In Suburban Denver
SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DLR), a leading global provider of data center solutions, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 11900 East Cornell Road, a 286,000 square foot data center and office complex located in Aurora, Colorado. The property consists of three interconnected buildings and includes approximately 170,000 square feet of data center space. It is currently 94% leased to two customers with a weighted average lease term of ten years.
"This acquisition adds a high quality, income producing asset to our portfolio," said Scott Peterson, Chief Acquisitions Officer of Digital Realty. "The property is located near our 8534 Concord Center Drive facility, expanding our presence in the Denver market and contributing to our revenue stream with long term, stabilized leases."
