Dimont & Associates Hires Richard M. Hart as COO
Veteran Financial Services Executive Brings New Leadership to Executive Management Team
EL CAJON, Calif., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Dimont & Associates, a nationwide best-in-class claims management company, announced the addition of Richard M. Hart as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Rick will ensure that the company has the proper systems, operational controls, procedures, reporting and HR systems in place to effectively grow the organization.

With 30 years of industry experience, Rick most recently served as Vice President/Market President with Exervio Management Consulting where he successfully expanded the company into the Dallas market. Prior to Exervio, he spent 14 years leading GuideStone Financial Resources as Executive Director, where he implemented multiple enterprise-wide systems and operations.
Rick will be based out of Dimont's new state-of-the-art Production Center in Dallas, and divide his time between there and the company's San Diego headquarters.
Rick holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
