Greg Kennedy has nearly 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and business building. He has transacted in both public and private market transactions across a wide range of industries. Greg's particular focus has been on financial services and technology companies. He most recently served as Managing Director and Head of Private Solutions at UBS Investment Bank, where he focused on creating and executing investment banking and wealth management solutions for private companies and their founders, owners and senior executives. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director, Head and Co-Head of Financial Institutions Americas at UBS AG; as Managing Director Head and Co-Head of the Bank Group at Barclays; and as Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Credit Suisse.
