CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., May 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- DMH International (OTCBB: DMHI), announced that their wholly-owned subsidiary, Touch Medical Solutions, Inc (TMSI) has integrated an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) solution with their medical imaging software suite, TouchPACS. The software will be part of their TouchEMR suite of programs.
"This integration will allow us to market a complete suite of software for medical records, scheduling and imaging," explained Rik J Deitsch, CEO of DMH International. "TouchPACS is already registered as a Class II medical device and can be sold to hospitals, clinics, radiology centers and physician offices for all of their imaging needs. According to healthcare market research firm Kalorama Information, the market for Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) was $20.7 billion in 2012, up 15 percent from $17.9 billion in 2011. The market for PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications Systems) was valued at approximately $2.8 billion in 2010 and it is expected to grow to over $5.4 billion by 2017, according to MarketResearch.com, a research firm based out of Rockville, Md.
