DMH International Completes Agreement With Wake Forest University

CORAL SPRINGS, Florida, Feb. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- DMH International (OTCBB: DMHI), announced today that their wholly-owned subsidiary, Touch Medical Solutions, Inc (TMSI) completed their agreement with the Babcock Demon Incubator of the Angell Center for Entrepreneurship, Babcock Graduate School of Management of the Wake Forest University School of Business.

This agreement provided for space for Company operations, guidance by the Wake Forest staff in business plan development as well as providing the resources of Wake Forest University's services providers, its Board of Directors, students and faculty. In exchange for their services Touch Medical Solutions paid small monthly rent payments and issued a 1% interest in the capital stock of the Company. This amounted to a total of 250,000 shares of DMHI common stock which were issued this week.

The Babcock Demon Incubator (BDI) operates under Wake Forest University's Angell Center for Entrepreneurship. The BDI's mission is to foster entrepreneurial education at Wake Forest, increase the number and quality of growth-oriented early stage ventures in the Triad, support intellectual property commercialization activities at Wake Forest, and contribute to an entrepreneurial spirit in the local community. The BDI seeks to launch companies that have the potential to create significant economic impact in the Triad through jobs and business investment.
