This new version includes a number of architectural and interface improvements driven directly from user input. DocAuto's development team focused all efforts on examining the complete user experience and directly applied unique customer insight to produce a full-scale monitoring tool equipped with even more features and enhancements, providing administrators the highly customizable control necessary to deliver optimal system performance with ease.
This major release includes a significant number of iManage key performance indicators and alerts related to DMS Server, Communication Server, Mobility Server, EFS Server and iRM Server data elements. The categorization capabilities of the user interface have also been increased by adding Host and Zone views. To support users' needs for enhanced iManage WorkSite Connector alerting, the ability to alert on database timestamp key performance indicators has been added and the regular expression log analysis has been improved by including custom user impact and recommendations associations.
