Second Quarter 2012 Earnings Release and Operations Update

Double Eagle plans to release its second quarter 2012 financial and operating results at the end of day, Wednesday August 8, 2012.  The Company will host an investor conference call to discuss the results on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9 a.m. Mountain Time).  The conference call information is as follows:
