Doug Pepper appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Cardiac Science

WAUKESHA, Wis., Aug. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cardiac Science Corporation, an Opto Circuits group company and a global leader in automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and diagnostic cardiac monitoring devices, is pleased to announce the appointment of Doug Pepper as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Cardiac Science.

As CFO, Doug will oversee all financial and accounting matters such as managing the company's cash flow, accounting and finance departments, and budget and expense controls.

Doug has extensive experience in global and domestic operations, manufacturing, finance and administration. Previously, he worked as a Chief Operating Officer for a global manufacturing company and as CFO for one of the company's business units prior to joining Cardiac Science.
