NEW YORK, Jan. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Douglas Elliman, New York City's largest brokerage, announces that Oren and Tal Alexander of The Alexander Team have signed a contract for the sale of a townhouse at 19 East 64th Street that breaks all records for the price of a New York City townhouse, and eclipses the $88 million price record achieved for the Penthouse at 15 CPW. The brothers, 26 and 27 years old respectively, also hold the record for the most expensive sale in Miami for $47 million, where they represented both buyer and seller.
"Oren and Tal Alexander had the ingenuity and talent to bring the buyer to this extraordinary property, which was not even listed," said Dottie Herman, President and CEO of Douglas Elliman. The Alexander Team has clients from around the world and has over $150 million in contract in 2014 and over $150 million in new listings to date this year. "In the past six months, we have traveled to Hong Kong, Moscow, London, Istanbul Tokyo, Paris, Aspen, Tel Aviv and St. Tropez-- all for work," said the Alexander brothers. "And next month, we head to Qatar, Dubai, and Sao Paulo."

Under contract by The Alexander Team are residences at the Time Warner Center, which is set to break the building's price-per-square-foot record and a $9.45 million penthouse in Miami, as well as an exclusive property on Indian Creek, Miami.
