SEATTLE, Aug. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps, the top selling brand of natural soap embarked this summer on one of the more imaginative edutainment tours ever attempted. With the goal already met of bathing tens of thousands at West Coast festivals, it's finally Seattle's turn to get cleaned up in public in a giant plexi-glass foam chamber, powered by Dr. Bronner's legendary fair trade organic soap. What has been described by Dr. Bronner's President David Bronner as an "Interblastive Foam Experience," the ALL-ONE Ark will be featured at Seattle Hemp Fest August 19-21 in Myrtle Edwards Park as part of the Hemp Industries Association village. Members of the media are encouraged to come, get clean and learn about the many uses of non-drug industrial hemp, including soap.
Bathers will be treated to a spa experience in which they can blast hemp foam on themselves and their friends made out of Dr. Bronner's fair trade and organic soap. Way more fun than your standard camp shower, the ALL-ONE Ark is ecologically friendly to boot because the foam blast uses only a fraction of the water compared to a normal shower. Also Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap means no funky chemicals on your skin or in the environment.
Speaking about the origins of this fantastic foam venture, David Bronner enthuses: "My grandfather Emanuel Bronner created the liquid soap that people love today, but what is less well-known, is that my father Jim Bronner invented the leading Class-A firefighting foam used by firefighters in structure and forest fires across the country. The ALL-ONE Ark Interblastive Foam Experience brings together my grandfather and father's visions and allows us to share the joy of foam with thousands of people." The ALL-ONE Ark team intends to use their time interacting with festival participants to educate them on the importance of supporting organic and fair trade agriculture, as well as on the many uses of industrial hemp, a crop that is still illegal to grow in the US. says Bronner. "We are a cause-driven company and we view the ALL-ONE Ark as one more way to promote the causes we care about."
The ALL-ONE Ark has already blasted thousands at the West Coast's hottest summer tickets, notably: Lightning In A Bottle; Harmony Festival; Sonic Bloom; High Sierra Music Festival, The Oregon Country Fair, and Summer Meltdown. Seattle marks the end of the ALL-ONE Ark tour.
