Dr. Chenxi Wang Joins Twistlock as Chief Strategy Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Twistlock, Inc., the leading provider of cloud container security solutions, today announced that it has hired Chenxi Wang, Ph.D., as chief strategy officer, reporting to CEO Ben Bernstein.

Dr. Wang joins Twistlock from enterprise cloud security company, CipherCloud, where she was vice president of cloud security and strategy. Prior to CipherCloud, Dr. Wang served as vice president of strategy at Intel Security. Earlier in her career, she was vice president of research and a principal analyst at Forrester Research where she covered such topics as enterprise mobility, cloud security, and application security. Dr. Wang started her career as a faculty member and later an associate professor of Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Wang received her doctorate degree in computer science from the University of Virginia.

Dr. Wang is a highly respected thought leader and trusted advisor in the computer security industry. She has been quoted in many leading trade and business media outlets, and has been a keynote speaker at many industry events. At Twistlock, Dr. Wang will be responsible for corporate strategy and marketing.
