Carson has nearly 30 years of professional experience in child welfare and serves in leadership roles for numerous local and statewide advocacy groups. Our Community Our Kids manages a network of 109 providers that care for approximately 1,400 children in foster care.
"We have a vision that every child in this community should grow up in a safe environment with a family that loves them," Carson said during his acceptance speech.
