ARLINGTON, Va., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Data Recognition Corporation (DRC), a leading provider of survey, document and educational assessment services, announced today that it has been awarded a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with one base year and four option year periods, from the United States Army to participate in its HRsolutions Program Office Studies & Analysis program.  The company made the announcement at the 2010 Human Capital Management for Defense (HCMD) event, held February 16-19 in Arlington.

DRC will serve as a subcontractor to Management Analysis Technologies (MAT), Inc. on the HRsolutions program, which is designed to provide contract support to the Army's Human Resource (HR) community. The Studies & Analysis program allows contractors an opportunity to provide studies and analysis support related to the Army's HR services and activities. The Army's HR community policies, programs, and systems will focus on the following functional areas: business planning, research, and evaluations.

MAT, with DRC's assistance, is now able to compete for task/delivery orders in the Studies & Analysis segment of this contracting vehicle. Each task/delivery order issued against these contracts is subjected to an internal competition among the contract holders for each type of HR service, ensuring the right match of contractor with statement of work requirements.
