Redeker represents a wide range of companies in all aspects of their personnel and labor relations. His practice focuses primarily on high-risk employment terminations, union prevention, union counter campaigns, collective bargaining, union contract administration, National Labor Relations Act problems, and strikes. He has represented companies before all enforcement agencies concerned with these matters, as well as the courts. Clients include companies in the steel, chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, fabrication, construction, transportation, food, warehouse, banking, nursing homes, home healthcare and hospital industries.
