E-Waste Systems (EWSI) Announces Appointment Of Oracle Capital As Investment Bankers Company also affirms its status as a fully reporting and SEC compliant issuer on the OTCBB
LONDON and SAN DIEGO, May 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- E-Waste Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: EWSI), announced today that it has appointed Oracle Capital, LLC (Oracle Capital), a registered broker-dealer, to the dual roles of M&A Advisor and Placement Agent.
With Oracle Capital as lead advisor, EWSI expects to ramp up its acquisitions; to begin a capital formation program; and to create and implement a strategic plan to list the company's stock on a national exchange as soon as it qualifies.
Martin Nielson, CEO of EWSI stated, "We are very enthusiastic about this relationship with Oracle Capital's cleantech banking team. Our growth strategy requires capital and quality M&A advice and we are confident that Oracle Capital can provide great help in executing our strategy."
David Andresen, Managing Director at Oracle Capital, added, "The growing waste streams generated by electronics industry represents a significant opportunity for recyclers, which E-Waste is targeting with a unique growth strategy."
Ian Gardner, Vice-President at Oracle Capital and formerly of The Boston Consulting Group, commented, "The electronic waste industry is highly fragmented, populated by many small companies. Historically, many similarly fragmented industries have been dominated by companies with the vision and operational expertise to build scale, realize efficiencies, provide single source services to large OEMs and deploy the best technology. Eventually smaller companies undergoing consolidation either need to be acquired, merge, or they won't survive. E-Waste's strategy is well positioned to create a dominant player in the emerging electronic waste recycling industry."
