WASHINGTON, Oct. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Small Business Administration (SBA) announced today its selection of Eagle Compliance, LLC, as its new fiscal and selling agent managing and marketing the sale of debentures for the SBA's 504 guaranteed loan program.
A veteran-owned small business, Eagle Compliance is led by President and Chief Executive Officer, Frank Keane, who brings more than 30 years of capital markets trading, risk management and regulatory compliance experience to the project.
"Eagle Compliance is very excited to continue our work with SBA and the 504 Loan Program," said Keane. "We understand the trust and faith that SBA has placed with us, and we remain committed to providing the Certified Development Companies (CDCs), 504 investors, and the SBA with unmatched quality of service and the confidence that they continue to work with a fiscal and selling agent they can trust."
Along with project partner Development Company Finance, LLC (DCF), Keane will be responsible for working with small businesses and certified development companies (CDC) nationwide in providing low, fixed rate loans to entrepreneurs looking to purchase equipment and real estate for their businesses. Combined, Eagle Compliance and DCF bring more than 33 years of experience working with 504 program debenture management.
Supporting Keane's approach for this project will be DCF's principal manager, Barbara A. Vohryzek. She joins Keane as the project's program consultant and quality control reviewer. Other members of Vohryzek's DCF team will join with Eagle to offer the entire 504 community enhanced expertise and program continuity.
"DCF is extremely proud to be a part of the Eagle Compliance team and continue the rewarding work of helping small business entrepreneurs find the financing they need to grow their businesses, and in turn, improve the economic development of the local and regional areas they serve," Vohryzek said. "We look forward to earning the trust Eagle Compliance and the SBA have placed with us every day."
