EAGLEVILLE, Tenn., July 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Oak Haven Farm, a 57.7-acre estate in Eagleville, Tennessee, with a luxury home and facilities for horses and cattle, will be offered at auction Saturday, July 25, with Larry Sims Auction marketing the property and conducting the auction.
"This really is a remarkable property, with such luxurious features as a formal dining room with a candelabra chandelier, a heated water pool and an open kitchen with high-end appliances and hardwood floors," said Larry Sims, owner of the auction company.
"A lot of people have a desire to enjoy the country life, with a place to ride and keep some cattle, and that's exactly what Oak Haven Farm is. It has a horse barn with five stalls and three tack rooms, as well as an office and shop. In addition, it has modern cattle facilities, including three stalls, five working cattle pens, and an office," said Sims.
But the home and farm facilities can be bought separately. The home will be offered on a 31-acre tract, and the livestock facilities will be part of a 25-acre tract. A third tract will offer a three-bedroom brick home on 1.2 acres.
"We could have one bidder who purchases the house, the farm and the smaller farm. Or it could be that someone wants just the bigger home and somebody else buys the horse and cattle facilities for a weekend getaway, perhaps combining that with the smaller home," he said.
The auction will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 25, at the property, 1202 Highway 41A S (South Main Street) in Eagleville. Larry Sims personnel will be available to accommodate inspections from noon to 4 p.m. July 19 and July 24, and from 9 a.m. to the auction time on the 25th.
