Sutherland has been appointed to the Boards and will join as a non-interested Trustee effective May 1, 2015. Ms. Sutherland retired in 2013 as a partner in the Financial Institutions Group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she practiced law for more than 30 years.
