Eaton Vance Limited Duration Income Fund Annual Meeting of Shareholders

BOSTON, Oct. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Limited Duration Income Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE MKT: EVV), a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. (EST). The meeting will be held at the principal office of the Fund, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about November 29, 2012 to shareholders of record on November 12, 2012. Shareholders will be asked to vote on the election of four Class I Trustees of the Fund.
