EchoUser Heads East and Expands in the West with Newly Minted Brand
The Any Experience firm opens two new offices and introduces new web destination in their quest to chase the bold while making the complex simple
SAN FRANCISCO and WASHINGTON, Oct. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- EchoUser, the Any Experience design firm, today unveiled a new branding identity, reflecting the company's next phase of growth. The fresh identity emphasizes the company's core belief of making a complex world simple, while enhancing its creed to chase the bold. The company also announced its expansion East with its first outpost in Washington, D.C. and its move to a larger space in San Francisco, allowing room for additional UX research and design work.
EchoUser helps businesses deliver the ideal product and service experience. The firm partners with clients to create the experience that best serves their product or service by uniquely integrating research, design and testing in an end-to-end UX solution. EchoUser is sought after by a diverse mix of Fortune 500 brands, start-ups and product visionaries that need solutions for complex enterprise software applications and innovative digital products and services.
"Turning sights on ourselves to examine our brand during the last year proved to be validating, and fun. What became evident through the process is we liked the way we were doing things, but saw an opportunity to better highlight certain aspects of our personality," said Mick McGee, CEO and cofounder of EchoUser. "Building out our aesthetic on that foundation came pretty readily. Having it all in place to mark the opening of our new office in San Francisco and our move East was a great finish line."
EchoUser Office Expansion
EchoUser has grown tremendously since its founding in 2006, with more than 50 percent revenue growth in the last two years and great clients like Google, NetApp, Gooru Learning, Threadflip, BART and Oracle. To support the growing interest in EchoUser's Any Experience ideology, the firm has opened an office in Washington, D.C., known as EchoUser East and led by Senior Experience Designer Laura Chang. As a city dedicated to solving complex, systemic challenges like security, health, policy, and education at a national and global scale, Washington, D.C. provides a broad range of design and UX opportunities that are a natural fit for EchoUser's user-first design philosophy.
EchoUser is also moving to a new office in its hometown of San Francisco. With more than three times the space of its previous abode, EchoUser's new home in the old Financial District provides ample room for the company to continue growing quickly. The modern space in the original Standard Oil headquarters building brings a refreshed, cool feel to EchoUser that matches the work it's been doing since the beginning.
