ECI Publishes 2017 Sustainability Report: The Future Is ELASTIC

This is ECI's seventh annual sustainability report, written in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, Core Option. The report outlines how ECI supports and delivers sustainable, innovative solutions and outstanding customer service, while operating responsibly and in support of the U.N.'s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In 2017, ECI made significant advances in delivering innovative ELASTIC solutions for its customers, enabling them to not only manage their networks with greater agility and speed, but to better meet customer demands by offering new and enhanced services, faster speeds and more exciting service bundles to drive new revenues. For consumers, it means delivering reliable, ubiquitous connectivity, creating new possibilities that enable a greater portion of society to leverage and benefit from advanced technologies the digital world has to offer.

• Achieved 46 percent reduction in absolute energy consumption and 39 percent reduction in absolute greenhouse gas emissions since 2011, even with ECI's significant business growth in recent years
• Women represent 19 percent of total managers
• Over 45,000 hours invested in ECI employee training
• 4,566 volunteer hours spent in the community by ECI employees
• Achieved ECI's three-year TL9000 Quality Index target, surpassing average industry scores
• Gold ranking "advanced level" score in EcoVadis 2017 CSR Rating
• Platinum Plus in the annual Business for Social Responsibility ("Maala") ranking in Israel – the highest possible ranking for the ninth consecutive year
