FARMINGTON, Conn., Feb. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- EDAC Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: EDAC), a diversified designer, manufacturer and servicer of precision components for aerospace and industrial applications, has scheduled its annual meeting of shareholders for April 25, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time and its record date for voting at the annual meeting as March 1, 2012.  The annual meeting will be held at the offices of the Company at 275 Richard Street, Newington, CT  06111.  The Company anticipates mailing proxy materials to its shareholders on or about March 20, 2012.
