The concept's eclectic atmosphere puts a modern spin on Prohibition-era speakeasies, where cocktails and jazz were the height of fashion. Meticulously crafted cocktails are imbued with one of three distinctive characteristics of the era: Idealism – a modern mix of sweet, crisp and tart qualities; Fortitude – balanced and remastered classics; and Decadence – indulgent libations. Highlights include: a Yuzu-infused Tokyo Gimlet, a Smoked Old Fashioned served tableside on a smoked plank, the diamond ice cube chilled Hope Diamond, a delightfully Dirty Devil martini with blue cheese olives and the signature, dessert-inspired Bananas Foster Martini.
Eddie V's serves only fresh, prime seafood from pristine waters around the world, including highly-prized seasonal items artistically prepared and presented. Along with prime seafood, premium steaks are hand-cut from the finest, specialty-aged, center-cut beef available, ensuring peak flavor. Menu items can be paired with selections from an award-winning, world-class wine list of more than 300 options.
The diverse dinner menu offers signature dishes including Crab Fried Rice, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Georges Bank Scallops, Chilean Sea Bass, Parmesan Sole, a 10 oz. Prime New York Strip, and a Flaming "Bananas Foster" Butter Cake for dessert. The menu also features a wide array of seasonal oysters complete with tasting notes on the regionally sourced options like Savage Blonde, Pearl Point and Salten Rock, among others.
Live jazz is played nightly by locally-acclaimed musicians in the restaurant's V Lounge, where guests can mingle and sample cocktails, including the Happy Hour menu. The full Happy Hour menu features Chef's Teasers, Half Shell Oysters, signature appetizer items, hand-shaken cocktails and wines by the glass.
Located at 2100 West Big Beaver Road, Eddie V's Troy will host guests in both the main dining room and three private dining rooms with full audio/visual capabilities available for business meetings and celebratory occasions. The 266 seat restaurant will offer a vibrant and welcoming ambiance highlighted by a glass-enclosed, walk-through wine cellar and contemporary, Art Deco-inspired design that draws the guest in to discover more around each corner.
