DALLAS, May 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- EDGE Realty Capital Markets (EDGE-CM) closed the first quarter with approximately 15 investment sales transactions. The expert brokerage team closed sales on behalf of a wide range of private investors, lenders, private equity funds, and institutional clients. These sales included five multi-tenant retail assignments, four single-tenant net lease assignments, four multifamily projects, one multifamily land project, and one office assignment. So far this year, the team is marketing assets located in markets across five states.
