EF Hutton Announces New Mobile Phone Service

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio, Feb. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, EF Hutton Mobile, Inc., a unit of EF Hutton America (OTC: HUTN) announced a new mobile phone service designed to make online financial services more accessible. The new mobile platform, launching in April 2017, is the first to offer consumers a powerful collection of financial and related services in one device. In addition to phone and texting functions, it makes it easy for customers to buy stocks, conduct banking, make payments, track expenses, save for retirement, do taxes, connect with a realtor, use a mobile wallet, and consult with a banker or a financial advisor.

EF Hutton is now accepting orders for phones and will ship the first phone handsets in April 2017. Those who order before April 2017 receive a 30% discount.  The platform works with both iOS and Android handsets and EF Hutton Mobile customers can select voice and data service with carriers on the platform, which includes two of the four major US wireless carriers. EF Hutton Mobile voice and data plans are competitive with other leading mobile services. EF Hutton Mobile expects to have over 1 million customers by the end of 2017, and over 3 million by the end of 2018.

The EF Hutton Unlimited Plan starts at $69 per month and includes unlimited talk, text, and trades.  Calls are made through EF Hutton's telecom platform partners.  Trades in listed stocks and listed options are available through the platform partner, Tradier Brokerage Inc., a FINRA-registered broker-dealer.  "EF Hutton customers win anyway you look at it.  Many consumers currently pay $70 or more per month just for their basic cell phone plan," said Christopher Daniels, CEO of EF Hutton, "So, it is almost like getting the stock trades for free with your phone plan.  On the other hand, many investors pay $70 or more each month for trades, and for them, it's like getting a free mobile phone."

Now Accepting Orders
EF Hutton Mobile will start accepting orders at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2017. The first delivery of handsets will be made in April 2017. Phones will be delivered to customers on a "first-ordered, first delivered" basis. A $20 reservation fee will be charged at the time of order and the fee will be applied to the subscriber's first monthly bill.
