The seven GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) member states where the new requirement is in effect are the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, State of Qatar, State of Kuwait, and Republic of Yemen.
