Both menus will showcase the bounty of the season by incorporating El Gaucho signature elements such as Niman Ranch Certified Angus Beef Brand® and fresh wild salmon into some new and familiar brunch selections. Guests can indulge at AQUA with the Dungeness Crab Benedict or at El Gaucho Bellevue with the house-cured pork belly and a Wicked Mary with our special Bloody Mary mix, pepper house-infused vodka, and an El Gaucho Wicked Spice seasoning rim.

El Gaucho Bellevue is bringing back a mid-century tradition from the original El Gaucho restaurant. In the swinging Mad Men days, night-owl guests would end their nights and greet the sunrise with the Hunts Breakfast at El Gaucho.
