Elbit Imaging Announces the Results of the Company's Noteholders' Meetings
TEL AVIV, Israel, October 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
Elbit Imaging Ltd. ("EI" or the "Company") (TASE, NASDAQ: EMITF) announced today, further to the Company's press release dated September 18, 2013 describing the Company's motion to the Court to approve the arrangement of its unsecured financial debt as adjusted (the "Company's Motion"), the voting results of the meetings of the Company's noteholders (Series A-G and Series 1) that took place on September 30, 2013. At such meetings, noteholders holding approximately 91% of the aggregate voting power (based on the total outstanding obligations under the notes) participating in such meetings, voted in favor of instructing the trustees which represent noteholders of more than 99% of the total outstanding obligations under the notes, not to object to the Company's Motion.
