Electronics Collection Event: Free for Business and Households in Harris County, TX

HOUSTON, March 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative Recycling Systems (CRS), a leader in IT Asset Management and Electronics Recycling, announced today it will hold a free electronics collection event in Harris County, TX. The event will be at Reliant Park, McNee/Purple Lots 31 & 32, Houston, TX 77054.  Businesses and Households are welcome to drop off all their electronics--working and non-working--on Friday, March 22 from 9am – 4pm (businesses) and Saturday, March 23 from 8am – 3pm (households).

All electronic equipment is accepted including, but not limited to: Personal Computers, Laptops, Cell Phones, Hard Drives, CRT TV's, Flat Panel Monitors/TV's, Printers and Telecom equipment. For a complete list please visit Creative Recycling Acceptable Materials.  Note: all items that could contain sensitive data (hard drives, etc) will be properly sanitized. The following materials will not be accepted: manifested hazardous waste, radioactive waste, biohazardous waste and mercury containing devices. 

Simply bring your electronics to Reliant Park on the above dates. CRS employees will remove the items from vehicles as you arrive on site.
